Millennial Estate is a non-profit organization that specializes in Neighborhood Stabilization and Community Redevelopment throughout the states of Louisiana and Texas. We look to rejuvenate and restore homes in effort to rehabilitate, redevelop, and provide a better living environment. Our overall goal is to stabilize neighborhoods and stem the decline of values of neighboring homes.
Our Mission
Millennial Estate strives to solve economic and development issues throughout the community by redeveloping neighborhoods. While engaging in evolving viable urban communities, we aim to enhance living conditions and expand economic opportunities.
Our impact
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live in a safe, modern, and affordable home. Our redevelopments target the housing needs of moderate income families and under served populations in Louisiana and Texas who do not have acceptable housing conditions.
