Millennial Estate is a non-profit organization that specializes in Neighborhood Stabilization and Community Development throughout the state of Texas. We look to purchase foreclosed and abandoned homes in an effort to rehabilitate, redevelop, and provide affordable properties. Our overall goal is to stabilize neighborhoods and stem the decline of values of neighboring homes.

Millennial Estate strives to solve economic and development issues throughout the community by redeveloping neighborhoods and providing more affordable housing options. While engaging in evolving viable urban communities, we aim to provide suitable living environments and expand economic opportunities.
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live in a safe, modern, and affordable home. Our redevelopments target the housing needs of moderate income families and underserved populations in Texas who do not have acceptable housing options through conventional financial channels.
